Fiscal Physical
For some folks, the initial meeting is akin to a "Financial Check-up". For others, it is a more comprehensive "Fiscal Physical".
IFSG will review your financial concerns, objectives, and information and will address your specific questions in detail, in order to better understand your needs and goals, and determine if further analysis of the information you have provided is appropriate and desired. While the initial meeting is primarily about us getting to know you better, it is also an opportunity for you to learn more about the methods we employ to help our clients preserve and grow their assets, in a reasonable, responsible manner.
To better help us in advance of our initial meeting, please take the time to complete as much of the IFSG "Financial Organizer" as possible. Full completion of these forms, while helpful, is not a prerequisite.
- Part I Basic Personal Data and Qualitative Data - Financial Concerns and Planning Objectives
- Part II Risk Tolerance Questionnaire - Industry Standard Quantifier of how you REALLY feel about market risk.
- Part III Financial Details - Quantitative Information - Assets, Liabilities, Income and Expenses
Please note - All of the above are important to understand your circumstances and how you feel about your finances. The more information you complete in advance of your meeting, the better! In addition to the above, the following information will prove helpful to our discussion during initial and subsequent meetings:
- Latest financial statements from your financial accounts (IRAs, Mutual Funds, CDs, Brokerage statements, etc.).
- A copy of your most recent year’s tax return.
- Any information relating to your specific financial concern.
- A list of any questions you may wish to ask IFSG!
There is absolutely no charge or obligation. In many instances, IFSG is able to tell folks that everything looks great and no changes are necessary. Of course, if there is desire oon your part for a substantial change direction (too much risk, paying taxes unnecessarily, outdated estate planning, etc.) IFSG is well equipped to help you develop a plan of action to take you from where you are to where you need to be.
Should you decide to have us in your corner, financially speaking, by becoming a part of the IFSG "Client Family", there is no fee directly paid or charged. Our firm is compensated directly from the investment sponsors utilized, as appropriate.
